Mr Arun Barad is a Ceramic Engineering Graduate (1992) from Gulbarga University, Karnataka, India. He has a passion to work for the lime industries. He has 24 years of experience in the field of Lime Industry working basically in the limekilns of all globally known designs, in organizations like JSW Steel Ltd, India, Ispat Industries Ltd, India, Rock Chemical Industries, Malaysia and in 2005 joined as Joint Managing Director of QualiCal International Srl. Presently he is also Secretary of Bharat Lime Association. He has expanded the business of QualiCal in Pan Asian regions (India, UAE & Japan) by handling the projects from the stage of securing orders to completion and successful handing over to the clients.
He believes in “Innovate or Evaporate” policy and therefore following the implementation of innovative products developed by QualiCal vide #neverstopInnovating company policy in the lime domain. He is a part of top management team of QualiCal to achieve the vision of the company to build a Digital Company within the Engineering company.
Mr. Anil Kandale is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate (2000) from Pune University. He has a versatile experience of more than 18 years in Business development and handling EP and EPC projects in Cement, Lime, Mining, FGD, Steel Sectors. He has started his career with Walchandnagar Industries, in Project execution dept for mineral processing plant. Afterwards while working with DEMECH and Hyquip companies as a marketing team leader, delivers various turnkey solutions for bulk material handling requirements across the verticals like Steel, Coal, Power, Cement, Paper, Food, Sugar, and Chemical Industries.
He has closely worked for 11 years for the expansion of lime kilns business in India and worldwide. As a project leader he has successfully executed EP basis Lime Kiln Plants at JSW Steel Dolvi Works in spite of lot of challenges.
Mr. Veerabhadrappa T N completed Diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic, Mysore in 1997. He has also done his Diploma in Store Management in 2002 and can work in AutoCAD.He has all together an Industrial experience of 20 years, working in Steam Boiler Maintenance, Draftsman in Design Dept. and Twin Shaft Limekilns for 19 years.He started his career at Thermax in 1997 and moved on to Integrated Electric Company in Bangalore in 1998.Further joined as a Diploma Trainee at JSW Steel Ltd in 1998 and worked for the Limekiln project.
Since then he has handled the project for six lime kilns of 300tpd capacity carrying out the following:
1. Erection, testing and commissioning of the plants.
2. Maintenance In charge.
3. Materials Management.
4. Office Management.
5. Manpower Planning.
6. On job training of the sub ordinates.
He joined QualiCal International Srl in year 2007 and since then has successfully handled the responsibility of the marketing and sales, project management, vendor development etc successfully.
Mr. Abdul Samad completed Pre-University under Science category from the Govt. Junior College of Chikmagalur, after that he has completed Electrical (Diploma) Engineering from D.A.C.G Govt. Eng. College CHIKMAGALUR in 1990–91. He has also done his Diploma in Data Base Management & Application Software in 1995 and can work in AutoCAD.He has almost having working experience of 25 years in Electrical/instrumentation Commissioning & Maintenance, having started the carrier with ABB INDIA, and later on in 1995 moving to SAUDI DOLOMITE CO. in KSA, working as commissioning and maintenance engineer, during the same period handled 2nos. of Beckenbach kilns, 2 nos. Maerz RCE kilns, & 1 no. of Cimprogetti kiln & 1 no. of hydration plant, & 1 no. of briquetting press, following are the list of jobs exclusively executed:
1. Erection, testing and commissioning of the plants.
2. Maintenance In charge.
3. Preparing data base production & maintenance reports
4. On job training of the sub ordinates.
He joined QualiCal International Srl in year 2007 and since then has successfully handled the responsibility of all the projects EIS commissioning activities, successfully.
Mr. SHEKARAPPA.SK has completed Diploma graduate in Mechanical Engineering. He has all together an Industrial experience of 26 years working. He started his career at Mysore paper mills (Govt plant) in 1992 to 1998, (single shaft kiln, boiler-Maintenance & operation) He Further joined at JSW Steel Ltd in 1998 To 2008 and worked for the Limekiln project.
Since then he has handled the project for EIGHT lime kilns of 300tpd capacity carrying out the following:
1. Erection, testing and commissioning of the plants.
2. Maintenance In-charge.
3. Operation in-charge.
He joined QualiCal International Srl in year 2008 and since then has successfully handled the responsibility of the Inspection, Erection, commissioning etc., successfully.
